    INTRODUCTION

    The 7th International Workshop on Spintronic Memory and Logic (SML) will be held from October l6th to 18th, 2025, at the Conference Center of the Hangzhou International Innovation Institute, Beihang University.

    This workshop is dedicated to advancing the frontiers of spintronics by providing an international platform for in-depth academic exchange and interdisciplinary collaboration. It brings together leading researchers, scholars, and students to discuss recent breakthroughs, emerging challenges, and future directions in spintronic memory, logic devices, and neuromorphic computing. Emphasis will be placed on fundamental mechanisms, theoretical modeling, material innovation and functional devices, fostering a deeper understanding of spin-related phenomena and laying the groundwork for next-generation spintronic technologies.
